Ms. Fiss has significant experience managing development projects in Africa, Asia and Central Europe.
Her responsibilities have included project formulation, supervision and evaluation missions, and arranging partnerships with international organizations, private companies and foundations. A social rehabilitation expert, Ms. Fiss has worked on issues such as HIV/AIDS, migration, and demobilization, reinsertion and reintegration.
She has a degree in Social Work from the Institut d'Etudes Sociales in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Conflict and Development.
A dual national of Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Ms. Fiss is bi-lingual (English and French)
