Mr. Clément Sigbéogo, Senior Associate

Mr. Sigbéogo, an expert in technical education and vocational training, has more than 15 years of professional experience throughout francophone Africa.  

He has a proven track record in formulating, implementing and evaluating national and regional training programs, in helping government ministries to improve their countries' vocational training policies, and in developing strong partnerships between educational institutions and private enterprises.  

Mr. Sigbéogo has received university degrees in mechanics from the University of Rouen in France and in general studies from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, as well as an advanced diploma in specialized studies from the Ecole Inter-Etats d'Ingénieurs de l'Equipement Rural in Burkina Faso.  

A national of Burkina Faso, Mr. Sigbéogo speaks English and French.
